For patients interested in extended payment plans, we offer flexible no interest or extended low interest financing through CareCredit. For those patients with dental insurance, we will be happy to generate and mail your claims to your insurance company so that they can reimburse you depending on the limitations of your policy. Our office will provide your insurance company with necessary documents and X-rays at no charge.

In order to best serve our patients; we require a 48 hour notice (two working days) of a change of appointment. This advance notice allows us sufficient time to rearrange appointments to minimize any inconvenience to our other patients created by your schedule change.
